The following was sent in by Stanley Moses, July 17, 2008

My name is Stanley Moses. I was born & raised in that area.(6041 De La Roche
corner Beaubien, my Zaida built that house ( he was a Bricker Layer by Profession).
My Zaida Douvid Teach(Takatch) went to shul every day and did what he had to to keep 
It up. I had my Bar-Mitzvah at the RED SHUL in 1952 so did Peter Mazur, Bernie Newman,
the Lebov brothers.
It was a beautfil Shul built in the same style as the old ones in Russia, Poland etc.
 
There was Gert, Beatrice, Evelyn, Annie, Ruth & Bernice and one brother Hyman.
